Privacy statement
What happens to your data when you visit this site or get in touch with us.
Who we are
Databrein B.V., Jeroen Boschlaan 275, 5642 AT Eindhoven, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99080494. Send questions about privacy to info@databrein.com.
This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising networks or third-party content. Fonts and images come from our own server; your browser does not connect to anyone else’s services.
The observability page measures in your browser how that page loads, and shows it as a chart. The measurement stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
Server logs
Like every web server, ours keeps a technical log of incoming requests: IP address, time, the page requested and the type of browser. We use it only to trace faults and abuse.
The log is rotated automatically: there are at most three files of 10 MB each, and the oldest is overwritten as soon as the next one is full. How long a line is kept therefore depends on how much traffic there is.
When you email or call
We use your name, your email address or phone number and what you tell us to answer your question. If it leads to work for you, we keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices: seven years, for the Dutch tax authority.
We don’t sell your data.
Your rights
You may ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You may also object to its use, or ask for it to be transferred. Email info@databrein.com. We reply within one month, as the GDPR requires.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
